Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in the following areas:
- Strong expertise in Linux/Unix Administration
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub Actions, including designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines while automating build, test, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with Source Control systems including Bitbucket, GitLab, and Git, along with the ability to manage code repositories and workflows, resolve merge conflicts, and handle branching strategies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) to automate infrastructure provisioning and management while ensuring environmental consistency
- Skills in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) to build and manage containerized applications and orchestrate them in production settings
- Ability to script and automate using languages such as Python, Groovy, Go, Rust, and JavaScript for repetitive task automation and tool integration
- Experience with Serverless Computing (AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate) for platform/application deployment and management in cloud environments, optimizing resources for cost and performance
- Proficient in Cloud Platforms (AWS) for deploying and managing applications while enhancing cloud resource performance and cost efficiency
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Developer Experience Team to enhance the automation and efficiency of application delivery operations and processes
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
- Manage code repositories and workflows, ensuring effective source control practices
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management to maintain consistency across environments
- Build and orchestrate containerized applications in production environments
- Develop scripts for automating repetitive tasks and integrating various tools and systems
- Deploy and manage applications in serverless environments, optimizing for cost and performance
- Monitor and maintain cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
