Senior Cybersecurity Engineer - Threat Simulation

- Conduct impactful Red Team exercises against complex hybrid cloud environments, utilizing real-world threat intelligence and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework. - Design and sustain robust Red and Purple Team infrastructures, enhancing automation for better efficiency and scalability. - Collaboratively design and lead joint Purple Team exercises, actively working with cyber defense to bolster detection and response capabilities. - Engage in ongoing research to develop new offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and facilitate knowledge sharing within the security team. - Perform specialized, ad-hoc offensive security assessments using advanced tools, both leading industry solutions and our own innovations, to reveal subtle security vulnerabilities. - Prepare detailed post-exercise reports, encompassing technical findings, narratives of compromises, and strategic, risk-rated remediation recommendations. - Guide cyber defense teams during incident investigations, delivering key subject matter expertise on attacker methodologies and perspectives. - Promote security awareness and facilitate technical knowledge exchange by working closely with information security, technology, and business stakeholders.
