Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for AWS cloud infrastructure
- Strong background in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Extensive expertise in various AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, SNS, data gateways, EC2, RDS Postgres DB, SQL-RDS, ECS (including Fargate), VPC, transit gateways, Direct Connect, ALB/ELB, Grafana, CloudWatch, Route53, DNS, EFS
- In-depth knowledge of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts along with Okta, encryption, key management, certificates, and vulnerability management
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala
- Understanding of containerized middleware like NGINX, JBoss, Tomcat, and Corretto
- Proficiency in DevSecOps practices, Agile-Scrum methodologies, and experience using JIRA
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player to achieve positive client outcomes
- Bachelors degree and AWS certifications preferred
- Candidate must successfully complete a Terraform IaC CoderPad exam
Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing AWS infrastructure
- Containerizing software applications and commercial off-the-shelf tools
- Developing Terraform IaC scripts to deploy custom applications and AWS services
- Building CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for deployment and environment rehydration in AWS
- Deploying software as a black box in the AWS environment
