Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications roles
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale organizational change initiatives, especially for technology or process transformations
- Preferred experience in formulating change strategies for emerging technology adoption (AI, machine learning, automation)
- Exceptional skills in crafting change narratives, messaging frameworks, and engaging stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve results in dynamic environments
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and organizational dynamics
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication roadmaps for the GenAI leadership curriculum and enterprise learning pathways, ensuring coordination among four key audiences (Executives & Leaders, Enterprise Staff, Domain- & Role-Specific Staff, Technical & Analytical Staff)
- Design communication campaigns that shift organizational mindsets, inspire confidence, and promote the adoption of GenAI tools and practices at all leadership levels
- Create messaging frameworks that simplify complex GenAI concepts into business value for various audiences (executives, managers, individual contributors)
- Serve as the strategic lead coordinating GenAI fluency efforts across all focus areas: Leadership Development, Enterprise Fluency, Domain-Specific Expertise, and Technical/Analytics Skills
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to craft leadership change strategies tailored for L50+ executives and L49 people leaders
- Design pre-program, in-program, and post-program communications and engagement activities to enhance leadership buy-in and encourage behavioral change
- Identify, mobilize, and support change champions across business units; develop toolkits and talking points for leaders to drive adoption within their teams
- Work with the Technical L&D Program Manager and Instructional Designers to ensure learning content aligns with the strategic change messaging
- Monitor adoption metrics, sentiment, and change readiness among targeted audiences; adjust strategies based on insights and organizational dynamics
- Oversee change network activation and assess change readiness to address adoption challenges
