Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications roles
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale organizational change efforts, especially related to technology or process transformations
- Preferred experience in creating change strategies for the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, automation)
- Exceptional skills in crafting change narratives, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-driven and motivated individual focused on achieving results in dynamic environments
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to feedback and organizational changes
Responsibilities
- Formulate a comprehensive change management and adoption strategy for FILLIP, encompassing readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, phased adoption paths (awareness, knowledge, confidence, daily usage), and adoption milestones with effective tracking methods
- Collaborate with the L&D Program Manager and Instructional Designers to create resources demonstrating practical applications across various business functions and roles, including workflows, job aids, and scenario-based examples
- Establish a communication strategy for FILLIPs launch and adoption, including awareness campaigns, success narratives, and regular engagement touchpoints; develop messaging that addresses common issues and highlights both value and productivity enhancements
- Identify and engage FILLIP advocates within business units; create toolkits for managers and team leaders to promote adoption within their teams
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to pinpoint high-impact use cases where FILLIP provides immediate benefits and develop workflows that show how FILLIP fits into existing processes
- Work with the L&D Program Manager and Instructional Designers to transform FILLIP capabilities into engaging learning experiences; ensure that learning content includes hands-on practice, real-world applications, and exercises to enhance confidence
- Carry out continuous pulse checks, surveys, and listening sessions to uncover adoption challenges; create targeted strategies to address concerns related to accuracy, responsible use, integration, or accessibility
- Establish adoption metrics and key performance indicators (utilization rates, user confidence, frequency of use, business impact); monitor adoption progress across business units and provide regular reports with recommendations for program modifications
