Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, technology operations, or PMO roles
- Proficient in PowerPoint and executive presentation creation
- Strong analytical and consultative problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex issues and formulating actionable recommendations for leadership
- Advanced skills in Excel for analytics and reporting
- Experience in developing or managing Power BI dashboards or similar tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Familiarity with senior stakeholders in large organizations
- Background in financial services, banking, capital markets, wealth management, or other regulated industries (e.g., Insurance)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the Technology Strategy & Operations team in analyzing and executing strategic projects across Global Wealth and Global Markets Technology
- Evaluate vendor relationships, technology platforms, and related expenditures to uncover optimization and cost-saving opportunities
- Aid in initiatives related to vendor strategy, including analysis of potential replacements for outdated technology platforms
- Collaborate with Technology, Procurement, Finance, and Business teams to gather data and generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance leadership visibility into technology projects and operational effectiveness
- Conduct financial analysis including forecast versus actual expenditure reporting and budgeting insights
- Support governance efforts ensuring that technology strategy milestones and initiatives are implemented as intended
- Create executive-level presentations and reporting materials for leadership gatherings and strategic discussions
- Assist with third-party risk evaluations and vendor contract reviews for future strategies
- Track the execution of strategic initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and progress against key milestones
- Undertake smaller technical and reporting projects to enhance team productivity and operational transparency
