Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in program and project management, exhibiting tactical and strategic thinking while coordinating across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to successfully lead enterprise-level programs and projects.
- High level of business insight and technical knowledge; adept at reconciling technology with business objectives.
- Expertise in managing essential functions, including defining business requirements, analyzing systems and processes, and meeting critical deadlines.
- Experience collaborating across technology sectors, providing robust business analysis and leading process changes within an Agile Project Development Life Cycle framework.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and resolve conflicts to adhere to all timelines.
- Familiarity with agile lifecycle and project management tools, such as JIRA, with a focus on identifying and assessing opportunities.
- Proficiency in program management software, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Hands-on project management style with a solid history of project execution.
- Capable of organizing and leading relevant meetings with key stakeholders.
- Highly motivated with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying information clearly and succinctly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to guide projects towards successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple technology initiatives that support the Wealth Management Business.
- Partner with core development and support teams to enhance planning and execution, applying business insights to inform decisions throughout the team.
- Create and periodically refine processes and guidelines, in conjunction with other teams, to ensure proper application development standards are followed by all participating members.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management based on best practices gained from working in a diverse, global setting.
- Generate program and project status reports that align with enterprise project portfolios, ensuring transparency to Senior Management regarding potential issues and risks, along with suggested strategies for effective operations.
- Conduct project audits to verify that standards and scopes are met; maintain and expand an accessible knowledge base for all team members.
- Ensure that information concerning program and project activities is readily available and easily accessible.
- Proactively communicate with management, sharing suggestions for optimizing business operations and resource allocation.
