Scrum Master - Agile Expert

- Experience in managing Technology projects within the Financial Services sector. - Understanding of Wealth Management and Banking technology along with related applications. - Background in large complex financial organizations or major consulting firms, fulfilling a Scrum Master and project management role. - Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Technical expertise in integration, development, testing, and/or infrastructure with the ability to implement comprehensive solutions. - Strong relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influencing skills at senior levels, both written and verbal. - Capacity to develop detailed project plans and related communication documents, identifying dependencies and critical paths. - Experience in estimating resources and identifying participants necessary to achieve project objectives. - Skilled in proactively managing project scope changes, recognizing potential issues, and developing contingency plans. - Ability to prioritize effectively and execute tasks under pressure. - Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. - Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA. - Proficient with MS Office suite: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. - Proven success in leading enterprise-wide programs and projects with strong business insight and technical expertise. - Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while resolving scheduling conflicts to meet deadlines. - Experience with agile lifecycles or tracking/process management tools, like JIRA, analyzing opportunities, and making strategic recommendations. - Advanced skills in program management tools including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint, capable of planning and conducting significant meetings with key stakeholders.
