Requirements
Must:
- 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and technical training (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, ITIL foundations are advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and various IT applications. Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions like Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Experience managing settings on Apple iOS and Android mobile devices
- Ability to collaborate within a team and facilitate effective communication
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tiered environment, alternating between remote and in-person support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on straightforward solutions
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in task completion
Responsibilities
- Address and track technical help tickets submitted through the ServiceNow system
- Provide IT assistance for Windows, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and various other internal applications
- Independently research and implement solutions for technical challenges and projects, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify recurring technical problems and suggest solutions to address root causes; contribute to the Knowledge Base with standard documentation
- Deploy and maintain IT hardware, including printers, scanners, mobile phones, end-user computers, AV systems, and conference phone systems
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues
- Manage device inventories and supply room, assisting in budgetary reporting
- Offer audio/visual setup and support for key client meetings and board presentations
- Help update and repurpose existing computers, phones, and tablets; assist in organizing inventories and deploying new computers
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 for support with account access, passwords, and software installations via remote tools like Beyond Trust and MS Teams
- Keep clients informed of ongoing issues for additional input
- Act as the regional point of contact for IT vendors, ensuring regular access to systems is maintained
- Handle escalations from service desk tier 1 and take ownership in collaborating for solutions to networking and system-related technical issues with infrastructure and D365 application teams as necessary
