Requirements
Must:
- Product Management experience in a technology, software, or digital product environment
- Significant experience with Agile methodologies and product delivery
- Familiarity with Generative AI / Agentic AI in product workflows
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convert business needs into product specifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Spearhead product strategy, planning, and execution for digital and AI-enabled projects
- Convert business objectives into product roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, client teams, vendors, architects, and engineers
- Facilitate agile delivery throughout discovery, design, build, launch, and iteration phases
- Develop and oversee backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and other product documentation
- Integrate Generative AI / Agentic AI into product workflows and feature development
- Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor for exploration, documentation, and prototyping
- Establish success metrics for AI-driven features and assist in rapid proof-of-concept development
