Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field
- Preferred: Masters degree
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of exercising sound judgment in resolving complex issues and managing stakeholder disagreements
- Well-organized with the ability to handle competing priorities
- Proven ability to foster effective working relationships that enhance work product quality
- Proficient in technical business writing, including functional requirement specifications, workflows, use cases, and other documentation methodologies
- Experience in supporting legal systems or teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with policy management platforms (preferred)
- Experience in working with attorneys or in regulatory environments (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Developers and UX Designers to create a compelling product that addresses key business challenges and satisfies end-users
- Guide and assist the project team during development to ensure business objectives are met
- Continuously seek to enhance the product based on user research and usability studies
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and resource effort, and assist in resource allocation decisions as necessary
- Craft the product vision and roadmaps, while supporting budgeting and the creation of business cases
