Principal Experience Designer, UX/UI

- A digital portfolio available for online review is mandatory - Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience - Strong background in UX strategy and research with a keen eye for detail - Mastery in user research (especially mixed-methods) along with proficiency in two additional disciplines: visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, or experiment design - Foundational knowledge in AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning - Ability to make strategic, user-focused design choices while embracing continuous iteration - Competence in transforming insights into frameworks and actionable decision artifacts - Exceptional skill in simplifying complex technical information into accessible narratives for varied audiences - Capacity to navigate ambiguity and independently gather information as needed - Proven history of managing end-to-end research in multi-stakeholder environments - Ability to pinpoint critical questions, negotiate project scope, and balance trade-offs - Track record of fostering agreement among senior management on projects and processes - Proficient in collaborating effectively across all organizational levels - Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities, translating technical content into user scenarios and workflows - Experience with LLMs and designing human-in-the-loop workflows - Familiarity with terminology related to data lifecycle or financial/investment domains
