Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or SRE roles
- Strong practical experience with AWS Cloud Services and Infrastructure as Code (using CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation)
- Advanced proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and integrating with cloud tools
- Proven track record in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins
- In-depth knowledge of microservices, serverless architectures, and hybrid cloud implementations
- Working familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes)
- Understanding of observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or ELK
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; capable of conveying complex ideas to business stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in Agile/Scrum environments and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) prioritizing scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Architect, establish, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or Jenkins
- Set Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards utilizing CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Implement and support monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (using tools like Datadog, ELK, or Dynatrace)
- Collaborate with application development teams to optimize deployment and release methodologies
- Assess and propose cloud technologies that align with enterprise architecture and business goals
- Contribute to reference architectures, design documentation, and hands-on coding as required
- Work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective and standardized technical solutions
- Advocate for engineering excellence, operational consistency, and compliance with security standards

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days onsite each week.
