Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Over 3 years of experience in software development with a solid history of designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software
- Strong grounding in computer science principles, software architecture, design patterns, and best engineering practices
- Expertise in modern C/C++ and significant experience developing large-scale applications is essential; familiarity with Python and JavaScript is a plus
- Drive and enthusiasm for creating engaging user experiences using established UI frameworks
- Knowledge of digital imaging and computer vision, along with experience incorporating AI/ML models into live applications is preferred
- Proven track record of using AI coding tools and workflows to produce production-ready code, including multi-file refactoring and automation, while upholding high standards for accuracy and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of quickly acclimating to new tasks and delivering independently with minimal guidance
- Enthusiastic about developing top-notch applications that professionals appreciate
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished end-to-end AI/GenAI experiences as a Photoshop C++ developer
- Collaborate with researchers, ML engineers, application developers, UI designers, product managers, quality engineers, and customers to seamlessly integrate advanced AI/ML components into Photoshop
- Develop comprehensive solutions and create user experiences that are efficient and responsive, aligning with the Photoshop document model and overall architecture
- Maintain, enhance, and innovate existing features within a substantial and intricate codebase
- Engage in both formal and informal code and design evaluations
- Write unit and automation tests to ensure code and product reliability
- Proactively take on new challenges and acquire necessary knowledge and skills to achieve goals
