Requirements

Must:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting multisite organizations or various branch locations. - Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and end-user assistance. - Knowledge of networking fundamentals including routers, switches, LAN designs, IPsec VPN configurations, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. - Experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Background in supporting telephony systems, particularly AVAYA. - Familiarity with ticketing platforms like Freshdesk or similar systems. - Excellent skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical matters to non-technical users. - Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance. - Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary for critical updates. - Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize and manage approximately 20 support requests daily. - Comfortable within a family-oriented work culture that emphasizes values such as innovation, integrity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, AVAYA phone systems, network devices (including routers, switches, and firewalls), and peripherals. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems across the headquarters and branch locations, including LAN structures and IPsec VPN configurations. - Manage support for Active Directory, user and group administration, VPN access, and remote connectivity tools. - Collaborate with ISPs, networking vendors, and third-party service providers as required. - Appropriately escalate complex issues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. - Assist in the deployment and ongoing upgrades of Windows 11 across various locations. - Install, update, monitor, and perform repairs on PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices as necessary. - Oversee IT inventory, asset management, and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, vendor interactions, and support processes. - Research and propose innovative or automated solutions for system administration tasks. - Use ticketing software (such as Freshdesk) to efficiently track and manage IT support requests. - Occasionally work outside of standard hours to assist users or implement critical updates. - Operate independently while demonstrating a proactive attitude and thriving in a dynamic environment.
