Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of practical experience in Workday development
- Advanced proficiency with Workday Extend, including custom applications and API integrations
- Extensive experience with Workday Studio integrations
- Thorough knowledge of HCM functional domains, particularly Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, or Performance Management
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical decision-making skills
- Strong communication capabilities and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Workday Extend certification (preferred)
- Workday Integrations certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with various HCM functional areas mentioned above (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop Workday Extend applications and integrations within the HCM domain
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs and solutions
- Engage in architecture discussions and provide insights on integration strategies and Extend build methodologies
- Participate in architecture reviews and design conversations
