Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing search products or information retrieval platforms (e.g., ElasticSearch/OpenSearch or similar)
- Strong technical knowledge of search architecture and data systems
- Demonstrated capacity to oversee multiple products and navigate the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage various audiences
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI in search or product innovation is a plus
- Experience with enterprise or internal products is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and roadmap for information discovery products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user outcomes
- Oversee multiple products in the portfolio, managing priorities and collaborating across teams
- Offer expertise in search and information retrieval, including indexing, storage, and retrieval processes
- Facilitate the integration of AI/GenAI into search and discovery workflows to enable automated and intelligent data retrieval
- Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to gain insights into workflows, define requirements, and deliver measurable value
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, and business partners
- Modernize legacy products with an emphasis on usability, performance, and measurable impact
