Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing
- 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
- 2 years of expertise with Microsoft and Google Work Space AI products, services, and capabilities
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong business acumen
- Familiarity with Agile software development
- Experience collaborating across teams in a large organization
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership
- Capability to convert data into actionable deliverables
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business and product areas within the group, leveraging relevant data to drive key decisions
- Define multiple complex products and identify gaps and user requirements through comprehensive vision, strategy, and documentation
- Utilize existing data or initiate new research to uncover user needs
- Conduct experiments and organize primary research to reveal additional user value
- Create and maintain product roadmaps for multiple complex products
- Make trade-off decisions for various products within a group
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholder teams
- Coordinate with interdependent teams and influence leadership to enhance efficiencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and product stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and technology groups to ensure product and user success
- Oversee the product planning process, ensuring the development of requirements documents and maintaining a prioritized backlog
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to guide user experience design
- Set and monitor release goals and address escalated problems during the product lifecycle
- Facilitate the development process by reviewing demonstrations and validating acceptance criteria for complex products
- Approve UX/UI designs for assigned products and oversee development work, resolving issues and bugs timely
- Lead complex product launches, developing launch plans with relevant stakeholders
- Address and resolve issues that could delay product launches or hinder success
- Create user documentation and training materials to support product launches
- Analyze product launch metrics and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify, classify, and resolve product-level user issues in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Innovate methods and metrics for tracking product success and improve reporting systems
- Monitor performance trends and gather user feedback to identify gaps and development opportunities
- Represent the team in stakeholder discussions and provide insights for business strategy and new product development
- Mentor junior product management team members and work with cross-functional leaders to establish best practices for product development
