Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Systems or Information Technology
- Over 7 years of experience with AWS Services, Enterprise Architecture best practices, system engineering, and security
- More than 7 years of development experience or in-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operation
- At least 5 years of direct experience with Python, AI Frameworks, and AIOps
- Knowledge of Containerization and Orchestration technologies, including Sagemaker
- Excellent software troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system analysis abilities
- Eagerness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience collaborating with remote teams in a matrixed environment
- Capability to mentor junior team members and promote a culture of technical excellence
Responsibilities
- Participate in a global team both onshore and offshore to support process automation products and solutions
- Apply engineering best practices to guarantee scalability and uptime
- Maintain knowledge of security best practices within the industry
- Monitor and report on platform performance and availability metrics
- Engage in all phases of the model development lifecycle, from design to development, testing, and deployment
- Architect and deploy scalable and dependable systems for AI applications
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to create and implement technical designs and solutions
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing the platform to meet evolving business requirements
