Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Corporate Banking
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC, sanctions, and FinCEN regulations for new corporate clients
- Ability to collaborate within a team setting, engaging with Sales, Administration, Operations, and Product
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Client Onboarding/KYC specialist, aiding in due diligence and documentation for new clients
- Assess potential client profiles to establish necessary due diligence information
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to communicate documentation requirements to future client contacts and coordinate the collection of KYC documents and forms for submission
- Review incoming documentation for accuracy before forwarding to support teams for processing
- Utilize internal systems to manage client information, including regulatory disclosures
- Liaise with various support teams to ensure timely and precise completion of records
- Prioritize and monitor workflow to ensure records are finalized within required timeframes, escalating issues to senior management when necessary
