Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with relevant project management experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in project management.
- Exceptional listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven background in IT delivery with experience throughout all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC): planning, initiation, elaboration, design, building, testing, and implementation.
- Keen attention to detail when managing projects with numerous dynamic elements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to multitask and adapt to interruptions.
- Willingness to engage in complex challenges to facilitate problem-solving and quickly reach solutions.
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates the ability to manage upwards, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions, while maintaining focus on details.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of SDLC controls baseline across applications and engineering teams.
- Promote standardization and adoption of CI/CD toolchain, reducing fragmented development workflows.
- Lead alignment for ServiceNow (Prod 2) concerning change, release, and ITSM integration.
- Coordinate automation migration initiatives to support contemporary engineering and cloud delivery.
- Execute the adoption of full SDLC patterns across PPA, including governance aspects.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering and security teams to ensure conformity with AWS and organizational control frameworks.
- Manage and sequence cross-functional dependencies among engineering, infrastructure, risk, and vendors.
- Define clear project deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics (including adoption, compliance, velocity, and pipeline maturity).
- Act as the primary coordination point across internal teams and outside vendors/AWS partners.
