Requirements
Must:
- Proven proficiency as a Java developer.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience addressing Big Data challenges.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux and relational databases such as Sybase and DB2/Linux.
- Knowledge of Java Spring, Perl, Shell Scripting, FIX, MQ, and XML/Soap is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior team members and stakeholders across business units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
- Solid experience with core Java and microservice architecture.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Perl or Shell.
- Understanding of multi-threaded programming and design patterns.
- Strong debugging capabilities.
- Experience with both automated and manual testing, including performance tuning and stress testing.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a global collaborative environment.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and leading initiatives when required.
Responsibilities
- Develop new applications and enhance existing ones for the TC application team, collaborating with global partners in business and operations.
- Engage with cutting-edge technologies to address business challenges utilizing contemporary Java-based tools.
- Gain exposure to various regions within IT offices globally, interacting with all levels of management and users across the organization.
