IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager

- Serve as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, ensuring proper triage, prioritization, and alignment with global teams - Coordinate and drive delivery of infrastructure initiatives across servers, networks, storage, and data center services - Take ownership of operational initiatives and cross-functional topics that are not formally organized as projects, pushing them through to completion - Act as the central point of coordination across dispersed teams, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution - Navigate organizational processes and remove blockers to guarantee smooth advancement of work across teams - Support service management activities for globally delivered infrastructure services, ensuring adherence to U.S. regulatory and risk standards - Assist in the coordination and facilitation of high severity (P1/P2) incidents, ensuring proper engagement of global teams and clear communication to U.S. stakeholders - Drive clear and timely communication to business and technical stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, and operational impacts - Collaborate with internal teams to support IT audits and post-audit remediation efforts, including documentation gathering, evidence collection, and coordination across stakeholders - Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency - Work alongside Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, and PMO teams to facilitate ongoing delivery and strategic initiatives
