Requirements

Responsibilities
- Utilize established policies and procedures to manage user provisioning for Entitlement Program applications such as Web CRD and IARD
- Create and maintain accounts for Super Account Administrators (SAAs) in Investment Adviser firms
- Conduct research and provide resolutions for entitlement cases and Tier II inquiries from customers
- Process Entitlement Agreements as per security guidelines and ensure appropriate access levels are assigned based on user groups
- Identify and resolve entitlement issues escalated from the Support Center
- Address customer inquiries about the Entitlement Program and offer guidance on complex issues when necessary
- Investigate and resolve entitlement-related cases within defined service levels
- Use the workflow management tool (Entitlement Productivity Access Log - EPAL) to handle access requests for supported applications
