Email marketing lead

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience in lieu of degree. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing or related fields. - Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Responsys, Silverpop, Message Gears, or Send Grid, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred. - Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Jira. - Experience with tracking and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Analytics is advantageous. - Solid grasp of HTML and CSS pertaining to email design. - Experience in developing mobile-first and responsive email templates and strategies. - Knowledge of third-party email tools such as Litmus, Sparkpost, or Movable Ink, and how to utilize these tools effectively. - Basic skills in AmpScript or equivalent personalization languages. - Strong understanding of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. - Awareness of email testing and optimization methods. - Capability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and manage expectations while fostering trust. - Proven ability to produce results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills aimed at driving business results. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting with limited supervision. - Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-quality outcomes.
