Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge in desktop and/or application technologies
- Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Basic familiarity with information security principles
- Fundamental understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and methods
- Experience with various desktop technologies (laptops, PCs, mobiles)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the information technology sector
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like MobileIron and Jamf
Responsibilities
- Monitor internal ticketing systems and fulfill basic support requests for PC setups and deployments
- Execute installations, relocations, additions, and modifications (IMAC) to satisfy client requirements
- Provide assistance and respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring ticket completion aligns with Service Level Agreements
- Aid the in-house desktop support team with routine requests (e.g., replacing cables, setting up projectors, relocating computers)
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the team supervisor or senior staff member
- Must be capable of pushing, lifting, and handling items weighing up to approximately 50 lbs
- Must be able to stoop, bend, climb ladders, pull cables, kneel, and crawl for equipment repairs, adjustments, or installations
