Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in a business process analyst role or equivalent, with a strong background in quote-to-contract operations and hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with case management tools for documentation, workflow, and issue management.
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex subjects, fostering alignment, and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Proven capacity to recognize challenges, suggest insightful solutions, and drive initiatives to fruition in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
- Flexibility and resilience in adapting to shifting priorities, with the capability to excel in a dynamic setting.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring that work maintains high standards and empowers teams to meet customer needs.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously learn, evolve, and generate innovative ideas that propel creativity and produce business impact.
- A bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related area; or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience that provides comparable knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational teams, product business units, and pricing strategies to effectively implement Go-To-Market offers and ensure seamless execution.
- Enable Deal Desk Analysts by coordinating, delivering, and facilitating training on Enterprise Go-To-Market products and processes.
- Establish and maintain clear approval pathways and process documentation that aid team navigation through Adobes Enterprise offerings.
- Keep global teams updated by communicating changes to go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems that affect deal support.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within Pricing and Revenue Operations, advocating for innovation and ongoing enhancements in quote-to-cash processes.
- Serve as a trusted initial contact for team members seeking guidance on quote-to-contract processes in CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions.
- Quickly address and resolve reported issues to maintain business continuity.
- Create a strong foundation for team performance by documenting common challenges, solutions, and user guides to promote self-service and collaboration.
- Assist in system administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.
