Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience with advanced expertise in statistical and data mining methods (regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, etc.)
- Proficient in Azure, DataBricks, and Python
- Experience with large datasets and relational databases (SQL) is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey analytical and technical information in a clear manner
- Strong intellectual curiosity, coupled with excellent problem-solving and quantitative abilities, including the disaggregation of issues, identification of root causes, and recommendation of solutions
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others, build cohesive relationships, and foster true followership as a results-oriented achiever
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and a professional demeanor
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced analytical methods along with an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics and corporate functions to maximize client value from data
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of a 5-7 person team—including data engineers, software developers, and a solution architect—to create Agentic AI-enabled systems for manufacturing applications
- Participate in tailored engagements to develop new advanced analytical solutions for our clients
- Utilize your advanced data analysis expertise to devise innovative strategies to address our clients critical questions
- Prepare complex data analyses and models that address client challenges and generate impactful results
- Serve as an analytics translator, effectively communicating complex data requirements between business and IT stakeholders
- Deepen your understanding of the design and development processes related to data analytics tools while working alongside data engineers
