Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in a related Derivative Confirmations role, focusing on Equity, Rates, or Credit Derivative products
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing processes that enhance business performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside analytical abilities
- Exceptional candidates lacking some criteria may still be considered if they possess the required skills and experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients in the Derivative Confirmation process
- Ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly and with a focus on risk management
- Maintain regular communication with internal clients and stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Trading Desk, and other Middle Office teams worldwide
- Generate timely and accurate reporting statements for the group on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to oversee client accounts effectively
- Improve client experiences by identifying process enhancements to boost the automation and accuracy of trade confirmations
- Provide elevated client service to our premium clients, ensuring their key performance metrics are consistently met
- Assess risks in business decisions with a strong emphasis on the firms reputation, compliance with laws, and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct
