- Acquire job knowledge to manage currency/coin transactions while adhering to production standards and strict procedures - Balance deposits and handle financial transactions using specific accounting systems and applications - Manage complex inventory tracking to document transfers between internal teams and external clients - Ensure accuracy in both physical counts and automated accounting records - Follow stringent documentation protocols - Obtain and maintain counterfeit detection certification; able to identify counterfeits through manual inspection - Transfer and store large volumes of currency using material handling equipment, maintaining accountability throughout the process - Complete training and certification for operating material handling equipment as outlined by OSHA - Collaborate effectively within a team-focused environment, maintaining a high level of results orientation - Alert management to any exceptions in control procedures or equipment issues - Resolve routine mechanical problems with currency verification machines - Perform additional duties as assigned
