Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Apply cash daily to the retail pharmacy system and Home Infusion pharmacy system for patients and third-party payers.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all job functions, corporate policies, and procedures within the cash department.
- Minimize cash reconciliation discrepancies.
- Copy batches and update lockboxes daily.
- Prepare daily transmittals for the deposit of cash receipts.
- Maintain an internal record of all transmittals and cash deposits.
- Process daily cash write-offs, adjustments, and cost center transfers.
- Handle refund requests efficiently.
- Correct online payment and adjustment errors as required.
- Resolve discrepancies related to deposits or postings.
- Assist the accounting department with monthly cash reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment towards common objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of RUMC/HDM, L.L.C.
