Requirements
Must:
- An Associates Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in a technical setting
- Strong working knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Mastery of the Google AI technology stack, particularly Gemini
- Proficient in process documentation, including creating workflow diagrams and business requirement documents (BRDs)
- Expert in prompt engineering to refine AI instructions for specific outcomes
- Exceptional listening skills to understand business partner needs
- Ability to clearly convey AI concepts to diverse audiences from staff to executives
- Versatile in adapting communication style across different departmental meetings
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to assess daily operations and identify pain points
- Analyze complex business processes to pinpoint automation opportunities
- Familiarize quickly with unique aspects of specific teams within the organization
- Assess feasibility for AI solutions, determining when to utilize custom software development
- Provide estimates on timeline and return on investment for AI enhancements
- Lead development of custom Google Gems by writing system instructions and configuring knowledge bases
- Maintain expertise in the Google AI ecosystem and integrate with broader Google Workspace
- Collaborate with business units to test and improve Gems based on user feedback
- Document user experience post-deployment, tracking success rates and savings achieved
- Communicate the advantages and limitations of AI to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop straightforward guides for business partners on utilizing custom Gems effectively
