Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in asset reliability engineering or risk assessment
- Strong knowledge of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
- Familiarity with inspection, corrosion, and operational data interpretation
- Proficient in using hydraulic modeling techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct integrity threat assessments and risk evaluations for pipelines and facilities, documenting metrics and findings
- Assess and enhance the reliability of equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, sensors, and associated systems
- Utilize failure mode and effects methodologies to address performance issues and improve reliability
- Analyze inspection and operational data to evaluate asset condition and service capability
- Identify critical areas and operational constraints employing engineering judgment and hydraulic models
- Engage in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the formulation of preventive measures
- Create engineering specifications, statements of work, cost estimates, and performance criteria for projects related to facilities and pipelines
