Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade AI agents to streamline manual processes across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Create custom integrations and command-line interface (CLI) tools to enhance agents understanding of internal systems and codebases
- Design robust testing strategies to ensure reliability and quality of agent outputs
- Implement Golden Path frameworks that embed organizational standards in new projects
- Construct AI solutions to enhance codebase navigation, documentation, and developer processes
- Identify workflow impediments and deliver measurable improvements through intelligent automation
- Influence the evolution of the SDLC by pinpointing AI-first opportunities and validating outcomes via experimentation
- Architect and maintain production infrastructure for agent deployment, lifecycle management, and scalability
- Develop frameworks, templates, and SDKs to expedite agent development
- Create a governed Model Context Protocol (MCP) catalog to facilitate compliant communication between agents and MCP
- Enforce governance controls for agent behavior, permissions, and system access
- Design and implement metrics and monitoring systems for AI agents and development workflows
- Create dashboards that provide actionable insights into productivity, tool utilization, and agent performance
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessment frameworks to quantify the effects of AI-driven automation
- Establish alert and anomaly detection systems to ensure agents and tools operate reliably
- Analyze telemetry data to uncover optimization opportunities and guide strategic investment decisions
- Collaborate across teams to foster the adoption of AI-driven tools and transform processes
- Stay updated with LLM technologies and mentor team members on best practices for AI-assisted development and automation
- Rapidly create and prototype solutions to validate use cases and demonstrate value promptly
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders through clear visual representations and reports
