Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in the AWS Databricks platform, with expertise in Spark performance and cost-optimization techniques (partitioning, clustering, caching)
- Advanced skills in SQL and Spark, including writing intricate SQL queries and Spark code (Python/PySpark) for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis tasks within Databricks notebooks
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and tools like Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock
- Background in data engineering, with experience building ETL pipelines and working in big data frameworks
- Skilled in deploying AI models and integrating them with existing systems through APIs
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards and convey insights effectively
- Knowledgeable in cloud computing and MLOps, with experience deploying models using AWS and familiarity with Domino Data Lab and GitLab CI/CD
- Understanding of data governance principles and expertise in implementing security measures to safeguard data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex business challenges into actionable data analytics solutions
- Develop data products in Databricks utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline workflow automation, perform pattern recognition, and generate and analyze content
- Partner effectively with business users and engineers to ensure data analytics solutions are aligned with business needs
