Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years in software development with demonstrated SDLC expertise
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), testing strategies, and deployment practices
- Hands-on software development experience with proficiency in coding
- Experience with integrating AI in SDLC, including AI-powered development tools such as AWS Kiro CLI
- Ability to identify and rectify low-quality AI-generated content
- Experience in developing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of development tools, cloud technologies, and deployment platforms
- Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and create innovative solutions
- Proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts to various organizational levels (engineers, clients, leadership)
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority across teams
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities
- Demonstrated technical credibility to engage with engineering teams on solutions
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Enablement teams, engineering, and end-users
- Ability to gather requirements and translate customer needs into actionable solutions
- Familiarity with iterative solution development and rapid prototyping
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with emerging technologies
- Partnership mindset to co-create rather than merely document processes
- Self-driven and able to initiate projects independently in ambiguous situations
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
- Highly adaptable and resilient to feedback and changing priorities in AI landscapes
- Agile problem solver who can quickly pivot with new tools and techniques
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Technical certifications related to SDLC tools or practices are preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enablement team, engineers, and clients to assess needs and create AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) solutions
- Prototype and validate solutions as AI tools and processes develop throughout the year
- Exhibit strong engineering judgment to determine valuable automations and effectively communicate these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Utilize problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges in AI tool adoption and integration
- Connect emerging AI capabilities with practical implementations in SDLC
- Incorporate new solutions into training materials and delivery promptly as they are developed
- Act as a technical consultant on AI tool selection, implementation strategies, and best practices
