Requirements
Must:
- 4-6 years of experience as a technical project manager
- Proven track record of facilitating delivery in complex, rapidly changing environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a flexible manner
- Demonstrated capacity to manage dependencies, eliminate obstacles, and enhance delivery efficiency
- Skillful in articulating status updates, risks, and issues to Product Owners clearly and succinctly
- Extensive proficiency in JIRA and other delivery tracking tools
- Ability to influence team dynamics and outcomes without formal authority
- Experience collaborating across siloed teams, fostering alignment, and driving effective end-to-end delivery
- Familiarity with concepts related to GenAI, data, and compute infrastructure
- Practical experience in a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead role
- Over 5 years of experience as a TPM, Scrum Master, or Coach
- Navigational skills within enterprise organizations
- Ability to influence without direct managerial oversight
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies and continuous learning
- Experience in transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with GenAI, even through personal projects
- Proficient in JIRA use
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve external dependencies and blockages across teams to ensure uninterrupted squad delivery
- Utilize tools like JIRA and Roadmunk for transparent delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies, aiding in effective decision-making for Product Owners
- Clearly define and communicate deliverables, expected outcomes, roles, and responsibilities while remaining flexible as team dynamics and priorities shift
- Serve as Scrum Master when needed, facilitating agile ceremonies in a supportive manner instead of imposing rigid processes
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to gradually enhance planning discipline, backlog clarity, and delivery predictability
- Analyze metrics and tools to reveal trends and risks, focusing on insights to improve team workflow and execution
- Maintain concise yet effective project documentation and stakeholder communication, aligning with team pace and maturity
- Promote a culture of collaboration and transparency that champions continuous improvement, learning, and shared accountability for outcomes
- Assist the team in evolving towards mature, efficient agile methodologies, gradually introducing structure and best practices as the team adapts
- Actively resolve external dependencies and impediments to ensure consistent squad focus and delivery
- Foster partnerships with Product Owners and Tech Leads to refine planning and enhance delivery outcomes over time
- Leverage metrics for actionable insights that enable smoother project execution
- Document project activities and ensure stakeholders are informed in line with team maturity and workflow
