Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Strong grasp of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL processes
- Experience with programming languages including Python, Java, or Scala
- Significant experience with Cloud Data Platforms like Databricks (preferred), Snowflake, or Redshift
- In-depth knowledge of Databricks architecture, including clusters, jobs, notebooks, and workspaces
- Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL database technologies
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation principles
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust cloud data platform solutions
- Design and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Monitor and optimize data workflows and architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
