Requirements
Must:
- 4-5 years of core development experience in Salesforce
- 4-5 years of Omni-Channel experience with Lightning Components, Events, and Page Templates
- 4-5 years of experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows
- 4-5 years of experience with MuleSoft
- Proficient with Salesforce Data Cloud & Integration
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel and administration, including routing, queues, user management, security controls, and data governance
- Skilled in creating roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards
- Experience designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, and email automation
- Expertise in integrating external applications with Salesforce
- Background in developing customer-facing interfaces
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for innovative solutions
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Angular/React applications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and develop suitable designs, including data models
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform
- Design and create high-performance, reusable Lightning Components
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agent Force, Mule, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Apex development
- Guide the team in writing test classes, ensuring over 90% code coverage
- Transform functional requirements into technical solutions
- Identify and fix bugs while conforming to project requirements
- Implement test automation, troubleshoot issues, and manage deployment to production
- Suggest innovative solutions for complex challenges
- Stay current with emerging technologies
- Provide expertise on Contact Center solutions and CTI integration
