Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Salesforce with a solid background in business analysis or product ownership
- Masters degree is preferred, particularly in a Fintech-related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce object models is advantageous
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships and engagement
- Technical background with knowledge of client-server and web-based systems
- Prior management experience and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional requirements gathering process within our team
- Collaborate directly with internal clients to assess business needs and environments
- Identify design and process-related issues while guiding junior Business Analysts
- Document and translate business requirements accurately
- Manage business and system challenges throughout the project lifecycle as well as post-implementation
- Engage with a diverse network of stakeholders to ensure all needs are met
Description
