.Net Full Stack Lead - Core & Angular

- Design and create end-to-end architectures for mobile (Ionic) and web (Angular) applications, integrated with robust backend services (.NET/Azure, Kubernetes) - Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture - Supervise the development of responsive and high-performing frontend applications using Angular and Ionic - Manage the creation of scalable and reliable backend services utilizing .NET (C#), Azure services, and Kubernetes - Design and develop RESTful APIs that facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems - Implement and monitor performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous application improvement - Ensure applications are resilient and robust, applying best practices for error management, fault tolerance, and data integrity - Establish and uphold coding standards, conduct code reviews, and advocate best practices for clean, maintainable, and testable code - Actively identify and resolve complex technical issues, proposing innovative solutions - Provide strategic input during product roadmap discussions, offering technical insights and recommendations - Streamline processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated user experiences - Oversee deployment and management of applications within a Kubernetes environment - Utilize and manage Azure cloud services to support backend infrastructure
