Requirements
Must:
- Proven professional experience as a Front-End Engineer or in a comparable position.
- Strong command of JavaScript (including modern ES6+ features), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Comprehensive knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, including state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM/Yarn.
- Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with GCP services like Cloud Run, Firebase, or App Engine is an advantage.
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles with experience in setting up automated testing and deployment pipelines is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively within an agile team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-facing features and UI components utilizing React.js and its core principles.
- Convert UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code and front-end libraries for future development.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Enhance application speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, while actively participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Connect with backend services and RESTful APIs to retrieve and present data.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform services for deploying and managing front-end applications, such as employing Cloud Run for serverless deployments or integrating with Firebase.
- Identify and resolve front-end issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to maintain a smooth user experience.
