Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance analysis
- Proficient in Android and iOS mobile testing
- Familiarity with Account/SIM Provisioning processes (End to End) on MNOs
- Expertise in SIM/eSIM functionalities
- Capable of designing lab test benches related to mobile testing using live networks
- Experienced in QXDM/XCAL log analysis
- Knowledgeable in 4G/5G 3GPP protocol stack R15 scenarios
- Proficient in software scripting and automation, preferably with Python
- Experienced in device certification processes and troubleshooting related to physical SIM or eSIM provisioning and SIM-OTA updates
- Understanding of SM-DP, SM-SR, eUICC, SM-DP+, LPA
- Strong grip on eSIM protocols and 3GPP standards for 5G/4G
- In-depth knowledge of telephony stack
- Experience in testing telephony features on Android devices
- Proven track record of identifying bugs and analyzing logs to determine root causes of test failures
- Strong knowledge of QXDM logs and ADB commands
- Familiarity with test automation and Python scripting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans to identify issues in software prior to launch
- Analyze and document any bugs found during testing phases
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout testing processes
- Coach team members in utilizing testing tools and reporting methodologies
- Collaborate with software developers to resolve defects noted during testing
- Retest software to ensure defects are corrected and no new issues arise
- Create new tests and document results systematically
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
