Requirements
Must:
- 9+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and maintenance
- Familiarity with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance processes
- Expertise in performing requirement discovery and gap analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements
- Experience in defining KPIs and success metrics for Sales Cloud features
- Strong analytical skills for data quality management and reporting
- Effective communication and training skills for supporting sales teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance to identify and address process challenges
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping including Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity, and Forecasting
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states
- Convert business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Establish KPIs and success criteria for Sales Cloud functionalities
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee business sign-offs
- Configure and maintain essential Salesforce objects and customizations
- Implement new Sales Cloud features and manage related support
- Generate and manage reports and dashboards for tracking key sales metrics
- Provide training and create user resources for sales teams
- Offer first-response support for Salesforce inquiries and issues
- Monitor system adoption and enhance user experience based on feedback
- Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards during releases
Description
We are seeking a Sales Cloud BA + Admin who will connect business requirements with Salesforce configurations. In this role, we work closely with teams across Sales, Leadership, and IT to design, configure, and continually optimize Salesforce to achieve our revenue objectives.
