Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in EDI transaction support with customers using SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with the SAP Order to Invoice process and associated data sets
- Proficient in mapping EDI transactions for customers
- Experience creating X12 transactions, such as 810, 850, and 856
- Ability to write, debug, and enhance basic SQL queries and stored procedures
- Knowledge of B2B Data Integration Software
- Skills in writing How To guides and training documents
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and EDI mapping tools
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities along with interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
- A self-starter who can effectively collaborate with remote teams
Responsibilities
- Provide EDI and SAP support by diagnosing and resolving technical challenges
- Assist Customer Service and various departments, along with external consultants, with EDI/SAP requirements, analysis, business process documentation, and IT specifications
- Help EDI VAN in the setup of new customers or document types
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with local EDI transactions, including forms like 850, 810, and 856
- Analyze raw data sets to identify mapping discrepancies or problematic data
