Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of dedicated project management experience
- Minimum of 7 years managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, and helpdesk
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Capability to manage ambiguity and drive results in complex settings
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine project plans, budgets, and schedules; ensure alignment with business cases and governance frameworks
- Lead project teams, manage resources, and monitor progress to guarantee quality deliverables from initiation to closure
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks; implement strategies for escalation and resolution
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and track KPIs, risks, and milestones
- Promote best practices in project management and contribute to organizational learning and continuous improvement
