Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Two years of experience in this role or a relevant occupation
- Expertise in financial data analysis
- Proficiency in decision tree modeling
- Experience with time series forecasting
- Knowledge of A/B testing techniques
- Skills in multivariate analysis
- Understanding of principal component analysis
- Competence in SQL
- Familiarity with linear and logistic regression

Responsibilities
- Oversee strategies for preventing fraud in card transactions
- Conduct data analytics to mitigate fraud losses in credit card operations
- Aggregate and synthesize data from diverse data environments
- Analyze intricate datasets to assess overall fraud decisioning performance and the effectiveness of various decision methods
- Create new data-driven guidelines to enhance decision-making between member satisfaction and fraud protection
- Collaborate with external fraud prevention partners to optimize their systems
- Work alongside business, operations, and product teams to introduce new fraud prevention features
- Perform in-depth analyses of complex datasets to evaluate fraud decisioning efficiency
