Requirements
Must:
- 8-15 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or platform leadership
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms
- Proficient in delivering enterprise authentication and access solutions
- Strong understanding of authentication and identity standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and FIDO2
- Knowledge of IAM capabilities including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive/risk-based authentication, and passwordless authentication
- Familiarity with identity federation and privileged access management
- Experience in security architecture and Zero Trust security models
- Preferred experience with platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and CyberArk
- Proven leadership experience in Agile environments, capable of translating security and risk requirements into engineering tasks
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the IAM product roadmap, emphasizing authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access governance
- Drive the adoption of contemporary authentication standards including passwordless authentication and risk-based authentication
- Discover opportunities to enhance security while improving user experiences across digital platforms
- Lead the delivery of core IAM features such as multi-factor authentication, passwordless authentication, and secure access management
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk teams to apply risk-based authentication models, adjusting requirements based on device posture, location, user behavior, and transaction risk
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks like PCI, SOC2, and NIST principles
- Manage the product backlog, defining epics and user stories for IAM initiatives
- Partner with engineering teams for secure and scalable implementation
- Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Evaluate and integrate top IAM platforms and oversee vendor relationships and platform development
- Work collaboratively with security architecture, digital engineering, cloud teams, compliance, and customer experience to align IAM capabilities with organizational security and digital strategies
