Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with IBM Maximo (or MAS) in enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in Maximo processes, configuration, and associated maintenance operations.
- Proven history as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead for Maximo implementations or operational programs.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience including requirements facilitation and multi-stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in delivering training and developing training materials for various user groups.
- Excellent documentation skills, including process flows, requirements, user stories, decision logs, and presentations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, as well as release management practices.
- Preferred: IBM certification for Maximo/MAS.
- Preferred: Agile certification.
- Preferred: Experience with Maximo functionalities such as Preventive Maintenance, Planning & Scheduling, Inventory/Storeroom, Assets/Locations, Purchasing, mobile solutions, and reporting/analytics.
- Preferred: Background in regulated or asset-intensive sectors like utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, or public sector.
- Preferred: Knowledge of MAS, focusing on authentication/roles, environment management concepts, and upgrade considerations.
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee product scope, value cases, and release schedules for all Maximo modules.
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish critical KPIs including schedule compliance, maintenance execution efficiency, and backlog health.
- Develop the product vision and roadmap for Maximo in alignment with key business outcomes.
- Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of Maximo processes from request intake to final closeout.
- Integrate mobile execution elements to enhance the technician experience.
- Convert operational requirements into Maximo capabilities including configurations, automations, and data standards, while managing the backlog and ensuring delivery validation.
- Conduct workshops with diverse stakeholder groups for requirement gathering, prioritization, and product backlog management, while engaging in various agile ceremonies.
- Act as the main liaison among business, operations, and IT; facilitate training and adoption; uphold data quality standards, and promote continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.
