Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in data analysis with solid SQL programming and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for crafting engaging reports.
- Thorough understanding of Agile project management methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Practical experience with R, Python, ETL tools like Talend, VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), alongside database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Familiarity with database design principles and linked data concepts for integrated data solutions.
- Competence in conducting business analysis to translate intricate data into actionable insights.
- Awareness of analysis competencies required for effectively interpreting large datasets.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with teams and effectively present findings.
Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze extensive datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to clearly convey crucial insights to stakeholders.
- Design and enhance database structures with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and foundational database design principles to facilitate efficient data access.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile settings to convert business needs into technical solutions that align with SDLC best practices.
- Conduct business analysis to detect trends, patterns, and areas for process enhancements or new initiatives.
- Oversee projects related to data integration and reporting utilizing tools such as Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio for documentation purposes.
- Assist in the implementation of linked data strategies to improve data connectivity across platforms for comprehensive analytics.
